UPDATE: Due to the spread of COVID-19 and safety restrictions on group interactions, our Spring 5K and 10K training programs have gone virtual. We will be making tools and resources public on our store Facebook page, but you can also sign up below to receive materials in your email inbox.
We also have a special Facebook Group, "FFFoxValleyRunningIsNOTCancelled" where you can gain access to inspiration, a huge group of cheerleaders, giveaways and more! Join us there!!
