- Coach-led workouts on the route on Saturdays;
- A weekly email with training tips, nutrition and other educational information;
- A moisture-wicking technical training top;
- Shopping Specials at Fleet Feet Sports;
- Race-day Gear Check at the Fleet Feet Sports tent; and more!
Program Cost: $50 *does not include race registration
2012 SPRING SESSION Begins: Saturday, January 28 and meets weekly at 7:00 AM at Fritse Park in Menasha.
- Goal Race: This program will target the following races:
- the Oshkosh Half-Marathon, Sunday, April 22, 2012
- the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, Sunday, May 20, 2012
- the Madison Half-Marathon, Sunday May 27, 2012
- Running a different race? You're still welcome to join us; our coaches can work with you to modify/extend your program to fit your training needs!!
