Fall 5-Mile No Boundaries: WalkFIT, Beginner, Advanced Program

No Boundaries is a 10-week training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K, 5-mile, or 10K and is a non-intimidating starting place for any beginner or re-entry runners, run/walkers, and walkers.  It uses a program that thousands across the country & several hundred in our community have successfully completed and that has changed one life after another. 

As part of the 10-week No Boundaries program, participants will receive the following:

  • NEW this year the Milestone Pod will be provided as a part of your registration ($25 value);
  • A 10-week training program and calendar with workouts provided;
  • Coach-guided weekly training sessions;
  • Access to coaches via email during the week;
  • Informational clinics on proper footwear, running form, injury prevention, nutrition, and more;
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions; and
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goals!!

COMMITMENT: 10-weeks

- Classes twice a week - Monday/Thursday at 6PM
