Join Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance to Run/Walk Your First 5K or re-enter the world of running!!

No Boundaries is a 10-week training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K.
Stay motivated with guidance and advice, weekly group training runs/walks, & educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.
As part of the No Boundaries program, participants will receive the following:
**A 10-week training program and calendar with workouts provided
**Coach-guided weekly training sessions
**Acces to coaches via email during the week
**New Balance technical apparel, including a jacket for participants completing all 10 weeks of the program
**Informational clinics on proper footwear, injury prevention, nutrition, and more
**Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
**The camaraderie of others with the same goals
Program Cost: $85 *does not include race registration

2012 WINTER SESSION Begins: Thursday, January 19 and meets weekly at 6:00 PM at Fritse Park in Menasha.
- Goal Race: the OSI/Miron April Fool’s 5K, Friday, March 30, 2012 @ 6:00 PM.
- THIS PROGRAM can be completed as a single program or as the first step towards earning your 2012 Running PhD (April Fools 5K, Bellin 10K, Fox Cities Half-Marathon).
2012 SPRING SESSION Begins: Saturday, February 25 and meets weekly at 8:00 AM at Fritse Park in Menasha.
- Goal Race: the American Cancer Society Sole Burner 5K, Saturday May 5, 2012.
2012 SUMMER SESSION Begins: Thursday, May 3 and meets weekly at 6:00 PM at Pierce Park in Appleton.
- Goal Race: the Bret Younger 5K, Saturday July 7, 2012 @ 8:00 AM.
No Boundaries is a non-intimidating starting place to train for a first 5k. It uses a program that thousands across the country & several hundred in our community have successfully completed and that has changed one life after another.
If you are interested in creating movement in your life, this is the program to finally help make it happen.
