What Sets Our Running Club Apart From the Rest?

Providing support and resources to our tribe is THE most important thing we do! We take pride in helping others reach their goals through fun, organized, and professionally coached training programs. Over the last 8 years we have successfully trained hundreds of people to achieve their personal fitness goals. We believe we have the best coaches and resources around to help you reach your personal training goals.  When you train with Fleet Feet Sports you become part of our family and you're looked after by people who are truly invested in your success, safety and enjoyment. Who are the Fleet Feet Running Club programs for?

Anyone who wants to incorporate walking and/or running into their lifestyle. Anyone who wants to start moving. Anyone who is ready to meet new friends and become part of the Fleet Feet Sports family!

When and where do workouts take place?

A majority of the our programs take place twice a week at the Appleton Ice Center, located inside Appleton Memorial Park (days vary per program, but typically one weeknight at 6PM and Saturday mornings). Each program page will lay out the workout schedule for that program.

What if I have questions before I decide to join?

We hold an open house one week before the start of the program. Meet the coach(es) & the mentors, learn more about the program, and get your paperwork out of the way if you decide to join us!

How do I sign-up for the training programs.

Each program page will have a separate registration form. 

Can you tell me more about our training programs.

Our programs include three groups: walking, interval running, and running. And here's the great thing: if you start with one group and decide you want more of a challenge, or less, you can change groups! Make sure to talk with the program coach and your mentors for advice! Walkers can move to intervals, runners can move to intervals,  intervals can move to walking, etc.

Any rules?

Participants must have reflective gear and lights when warranted.

Participants must have a hydration system with them during all workouts. (we provide water, but not cups!)

Please wear a Fleet Feet Sports shoe tag with your emergency information (which you can fill out at the beginning of the program).

What does the cost of our training programs go towards?

The registration fees go towards coaching staff, equipment, insurance and part of the registration goes to the Appleton Ice Center, as they are wonderful hosts for us!

Description: Spring training is the best! Shake off the rust, find your tribe, and get out into the cool crisp Wisconsin air. Join us and get ahead of the competition by not just getting to the start-line but actually being ready!! Professionally designed and proven 14-week training schedule, organized into three training phases, each with a very specific training focus. Our programs are progressive in nature, with each week building upon the last - slow, steady and consistent!

Description: No Boundaries is a 14-week training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K and is a non-intimidating starting place for any beginner or re-entry runners, run/walkers, and walkers.
