Program Schedule: Twice a week, Monday/Thursday, 6PM
Goal Race: The Big Run 5K, June 5, 2019
Program Fee: FFRC Members = $90; Non-FFRC Members = $100 (includes race fee)
Description: No Boundaries is a coached & organized 10-week training program. Fleet Feet Fox Valley has more than 9 years of experience in offering our Couch to 5K program and the continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal. Our programs are progressive in nature, with each week building upon the last - slow, steady and consistent!

Program Start: June 16th, July 21st, September 15th, October 27th, and November 16th
Program Schedule: 8AM Sundays (except the final trail run/walk of the series)
Program Fee: $10 per run, ONLY $8 for FFRC Members. Register for all 5 traiol runs in the series and get a LS hoodie & food/drinks on us at the final trail run/walk.

Program Start: Friday, May 10 - Sunday, May 12
Program Fee: EARLY BIRD Registration fee is $249 ($340 single occupancy) thru 2/15/19. After 2/16/19 registration is $299 ($390 single occupancy) assuming slots are still available.

Description: In partnership with Plank You Fitness we offer early morning workouts by certified personal trainer Chad McCartney! Tuesday & Thursday mornings, 5AM & 6AM. Each workout lasts approximately 45 minutes.
