Description: No Boundaries is a 10-week training program structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K and a non-intimidating starting place to train for a first 5K. It uses a program that thousands across the country & several hundred in our community have successfully completed and that has changed one life after another. In the Fall, we train for a 5-mile event on Thanksgiving Day: The Festival Foods Turkey Trot

Program Schedule: 2 times a week, Tuesday/Thursday
Program Fee: 4 weeks, $40
Description: Jump-start your health with our safe, fun, coach-led 4-week walking/running program. The program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used to get a little extra distance before our Couch to 5K program.
