Work out the kinks and prepare for an amazing season with a foam rolling and stretching class created for endurance athletes. Whether you are a runner, triathlete, cyclist, lifter, walker, or weekend warrior, this class is for you.

Three sessions remain: Jan. 20, Feb. 10, and Feb. 17: 10:30-11:30AM, all at Fleet Feet Fox Valley. $10 fee per session.
