New for 2018, explore local trails safely and with an experienced group leader. This is your opportunity to learn to love trail running. There are a variety of trails close to home and within a short driving distance. So let's go check them out!

These are organized group run/walks led by a certified coach, Cassie Kottke, and supported by a bunch of raving trail fans! Our goal is for you to learn a little something about the joys of trails and to get a workout that fits YOUR pace and ability. Routes will be mapped out and supported by our group of Fleet Feet Ambassadors. Each workout will start with a mini-info session and a group warm-up.
Series: Sundays at 8AM. Distances vary by location. For safety reasons, registration for each run is limited.
COST: ONLY $5 per run/walk

MEET THE COACH:
We are excited to welcome Coach Cassie Kottke to our team of resources. Cassie has been coaching athletes in our community since 2009 when she started her business Stride MultiSport. Cassie works with clients of all fitness levels and abilities and has a amazing span of endurance events under her belt, including two Leadville 100 (miles) finishes!!
