Fleet Feet Winter Warriors Program

The end of summer doesn't have to mean the end of running. If you've been training all summer & fall, chances are you're in the best shape you've been in all season.

Why stop now? Train and run with the Fleet Feet Sports Winter Warriors Training Program and we'll help you get or stay in shape—especially during the "challenging" holiday season. Two locations and two programs to choose from!

We're VERY excited to offer the Winter Warriors program in Appleton AND De Pere. Both locations will offer a 5k and 15k program with the target celebration race being the Midwest Sports Events Seroogy 5k and 15k on February 11, 2012.  Training group participants will also receive a special race entry fee rate of $18 instead of the usual $27.  Group training sessions are held twice a week at the following locations:

Tuesdays & Saturdays in Appleton or Wednesdays & Saturdays in De Pere.

You get to pick the location that works the best for you! This also means that if you can't make it to your regular location, you can still join the gang at the other location! Everybody wins! Your daily training schedule is tailored to your needs and can be modified by our coaches if your needs change during the program.

Kickoff Meeting and Registration

Join us at our Informational Kickoff Meeting, 6:30pm Wednesday , November 16th, 2011 — Hosted at Fleet Feet Sports Fox Valley 3404 W. College Ave.

Pick up your “goodies from our sponsors” after the Kick Off Meeting and register for Fleet Feet Fox Valley’s Winter Warriors in the store or on-line https://www.signmeup.com/79297.

Additional Packet Pickup / Registration Dates - If you cannot make the Kick Off meeting you can also sign-up at anytime.  If you do sign-up after the meeting please e-mail one of our coaches at training@fleetfeetfoxvalley.com for adjustments to the training schedule so you can safely adjust for the missed workouts.

Our Coaching Staff

We're extremely proud of our professional, experienced coaching staff — they always go the extra mile to make sure you have a fun, successful training season! Why is it so important to have qualified coaches? They can:

  • Evaluate your current fitness level and goals to make sure you are training at an appropriate level
  • Evaluate and suggest ways to improve your running form
  • Assist you if you need to adjust your training schedule, in the event of an injury or missed training due to travel or life in general
  • Motivate and challenge you to reach your goals in a smart, safe & effective manner

Do you live too far away? Can't make it to any of the Group training sessions because of conflicts? Try our Virtual Training option! You'll receive your schedule via e-mail and support from our coaches, as well as a weekly email update with coaching tips, race updates and more.
